Caution: Dangerous sections! 4.2 miles, mostly on a gravel road with a short very steep narrow cliffside section going down to the train wreck.
Go easy on me; My GoPro died so most of this footage is from my phone. Some of the footage was unintentional but decided to go with it and tried to keep it fun!
Background: a very large wooden trestle bridge was going to be detonated and apparently Hollywood found out about it and wanted it to be incorporated into a 1961 movie called the Ring of Fire. Of course they added the locomotive and passenger cars for the added effect. There is really no evidence of the bridge but the rusty train carnage still remains. Fun trip!
