In this video, I learn about INDIAN, MALAY & CHINESE DELICIOUSNESS, from moreish Curry Puffs, spicy Samosas, fragrant Biryanis, to the native Beef Rendang. Where did all this delicious food come from?! Amazingly, I also found the essence of my own mother in Singapore, even though she is thousands of miles away in London. This video explores the best and tastiest Singaporean food while uncovering the rich culinary history. I also look at Peranakan influences on Singapore’s Food scene and try Sweet Kueh Lapis for the first time - YUMMY!!!

A B O U T M E
With my husband, I moved to beautiful Singapore from the UK. Currently, I am taking a career break to Rest and use the time to delve deeper into my childhood hobbies - film and storytelling - that have been neglected for far too long. This is not a travel channel. Rather, I hope you will follow along in my journey as I reflect and share my thoughts on life in short film. Welcome to my channel and my world.
