If your inbox is full of promos, alerts, and “noise” you never asked for, this video shows a fast way to clean it up. You’ll set up a simple Google Sheet with rules like “emails from Amazon → put under Amazon label” or “Google security alerts → put under Google label,” then run a script that automatically finds those emails and organizes them for you.
The best part: once everything is grouped into labels, cleaning becomes easy. You can keep the labels for organization, or bulk-delete everything inside a label to instantly wipe out entire categories of emails. Add new senders anytime by dropping another row into the sheet and running it again.
