2 air circuits for Arburg 420S plastic injection molding machine
The machine is equipped with a tool that requires both mold plate movement and part blowing when opened. Based on the factory drawing number 175.580, we connected the +B11 (ARB663) card to the +A06 (ARB790) card. This card can control 4 programmable outputs. It is also possible to control core pullers, because there is pressure and quantity control on this card. We now put the 2 air circuits on channels 3 and 4. We inserted the appropriate shortcuts into the machine's run control, then assigned times to them. In the video, we can see the test, how during dry run, lights on the outputs light up while the machine is moving. In the last phase, we install air valves in place of the burners.
