You guys asked for it, so here it is. A full day of eating on a bulk, eating around 5,500 calories, 300g of protein, 900g of carbs and 75g of fats.
As you will see in this video, I don't eat "crap" all the time and my insulin isn't being constantly spiked by sugar. Chicken and Rice, that's it. Chicken and Rice is life.
This is what I usually eat when I'm not cramming crumpets and cookies down. I don't do anything different after a cheat day, I just continue on my diet and keep doing my steps. Steps are king!
