500grms chicken breast cut into cubes
onion medium
garlic
bellpper red and green 1 each
1 carrot medium
oil for sauteing and fryinģ
1cup water
and 1/3 cup water to disslove 1tsp cornstarch
2tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
cornstarch ( for marinating the chicken)
1 egg
salt
blackpepper
onion leaves at the end
