Replace your screws with these ((Metric machine screws, Phillips flat head, Stainless steel 18-8 (A-2), 6mm x 1.0mm x 10mm))

For newer panels (CX/TX/LX) Put these Orings around the screws holding them down so the panels dont slam against the sides of the frame potentially breaking them. (( O Rings Gaskets 12mm x 6mm x 3mm ))

Weather stripping, idk, Use whatever you want. This is only for the older panels, Use them on one or two of the corners only under where the bracket will be covering so they are held in place enough to not slam against the sides of the frame as well.
Wood I used a 3/4" thick 4x8 floor grade ply wood. Carpet I just guessed something bigger than the size of the wood I was using, Adhesive I just got some random spray can of the construction grade shit, And the floor mats are just basic as hell things you would use to line a floor for a gym as cushioning.
