After slugging through a hundred or so elementals to get enough charms for the Whirlwind Axe - and hitting level 40 not long after getting the axe - the warrior finally engages maximum speed.

This power spike means blazing through Swamp of Sorrows, Dustwallow Marsh and Desolace (ft. Lord Azrethoc and Khan Hrathra).

This is followed by an early visit to The Hinterlands at level 42 and a pass through Arathi Highlands to do Marez Cowl and the final quest in Faldir's Cove. Then I go to Badlands at level 42 (which feels a lot smoother than the usual level 39 or 40 in most questing routes) and cheese a bit of extra XP by soloing a boss in Uldaman.
