The Main Stash is an optional mission in Mojocoyo and requires the player to complete Mojocoyo's Boss in order to unlock it.
Mission Overview:-
After interrogating Antonio Garcia-Taylor, he reveals a stash of cocaine in a base. The Ghosts go to destroy it.
Antonio's given up the location of a huge stash of cocaine hidden in Mojocoyo. This could be the motherlode. Get in there and take it out.

Antonio has given up the location of the primary cocaine stockpile on Mojocoyo. Get to the cache and destroy it.
The destruction of Mojocoyo's main drug cache has wiped out the cartel's entire 50-ton cocaine, a severe blow to Santa Blanca's production and distribution pipeline.
