Today I have shared the recipe of Chorafali Chutney, it is very tasty chutney. We can make it within 10 minutes and serve it Luke Warm or Chilled with Chorafali. I have added Mint leaves, Coriander, Ginger, Besan and some other ingredients so it come out very green and thick. So must try this recipe at your home and don't forget to give your valuable feedback in comment section.
Ingredients - (सामग्री/સામગ્રી)
1/4 Cup or 25 grams Chickpea Flour (बेसन/ચણાનો લોટ)
2 Cup or 500ml Water (पानी/પાણી)
1/2 Cup or 25 grams Fresh Chopped Coriander leaves (फ्रेश हरा धनिया/ફ્રેશ કોથમીર)
1/2 Cup or 25 grams Fresh Mint Leaves (फ्रेश पुदीनाके पत्ते/ફ્રેશ ફૂદીનાનાં પાન)
4-5 Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च/લીલા મરચાં)
2 Inches Peeled Sliced Ginger (अदरक/આદુ)
1/2 tsp or as per taste Black Salt (काला नमक/સંચળ પાવડર)
As per taste Salt (नमक/મીઠું)
1/4 tsp Citric Acid (नींबू के फूल/લીંબુનાં ફૂલ)
2 Icecubes (बर्फ के टुकड़े/બરફનાં ટુકડા)
3 tbsp Chilled Water (ठंडा पानी/ઠંડુ પાણી)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पावडर/હળદર પાવડર)
Serve it Luke Warm or Chilled with Chorafali (इस चटनीको गुनगुनी गरम या फ्रीजमें ठंडी करके चोराफली के साथ सर्व करे/આ ચટણીને હૂંફાળી ગરમ અથવા ફ્રીજમાં ઠંડી કરીને ચોળાફળી સાથે સર્વ કરો)
