How to register online or offline for chardham yatra 2025

Char Dham Yatra 2025 Registration Started

The registration process for Char Dham Yatra 2025 began on March 20, 2025. The yatra itself will commence on April 30, 2025, when the portals of Yamunotri and Gangotri temples open.

How to Register Online:

Visit the official Uttarakhand Tourism Care website.

Click on “Register/Login” and create an account.

After OTP verification, log in.

Fill in personal details and upload necessary documents (Aadhaar card, passport-sized photo).

Choose your travel dates and complete the registration.

Once confirmed, take a printout of the registration slip — it's mandatory during the journey.

Offline Registration:

If you're unable to register online, you can register at dedicated centers in major Uttarakhand cities such as Haridwar, Rishikesh, Dehradun, Guptkashi, and Sonprayag. You’ll need to provide a valid ID, recent photo, and medical certificate.

Important Information:

Registration is free of cost.

Aadhaar card is mandatory for registration.

Carry a printed or digital copy of your registration during the yatra.

Yamunotri: April 30, 2025

Gangotri: April 30, 2025

Kedarnath: May 2, 2025

Badrinath: May 4, 2025
