As part of National Advance Care Planning Week 2023, join a one-hour webinar to help you learn about advance care planning. Advance care planning can involve talking about and writing down what future medical treatments and care you would, or would not, want.
This webinar and Q&A will be tailored for people living with dementia and their carers, and explore how to effectively prepare and plan for future health care decisions. A collaboration between Advance Care Planning Australia and Dementia Australia, the webinar will feature an expert panel including Dr Craig Sinclair, Dr Dimity Pond, Dementia Advocate Ann Pietsch and Dementia Advocate Jenny McGlinn.
