In this video I discuss high voltage isolation faults, what it is, why it's dangerous, how to test for it. In the next video I show how I actually do the test. A really good tool to have is a 50v-600v AC/DC test light, basically if there's enough amperage to light up the light, it's enough to hurt you, this would indicate there is 50 + volts and enough current to actually run a load.
