In this recipe video, Izayaa discusses some of her own personal background with Spaghetti growing up. In addition, a discussion on noodles in the Dominican context was addressed. The recipe is down below:
-1/2 packet of brown rice pasta
-1/2 red onion, chopped
-1/2 italian peppers, chopped
-2 to 3 garlic ears, mashed into paste
-1 vegan sausage, chopped
-1 teaspoon of dried oregano
-1/4 turmeric powder
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
-2 tablespoons tomato paste
-1/4 cup of tomato sauce
-2 tablespoons of vegenaise
-2 tablespoons of Earth Balance butter
-Salt to taste
-1 pinch of organic sugar
-1/4 teaspoon lime juice
