Jalapeno Popper Meatballs | Traeger Select Elite | Smoked Meatballs

Smoked meatballs are great. Jalapeno popper smoked meatballs are even better!

Here's what I used:
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. spicy ground sausage
1 cup shredded old cheddar cheese
3 deseeded and diced jalapenos
1 block of cream cheese cut into cubes
Your favourite BBQ seasoning to taste

Mix everything up so that it's well incorporated. Then, grab a small handful of the mixture and form it into a rough ball. Press it flat on a cutting board. Put one of the cubs of cream cheese in the middle and then form the ball around it.

Set your pellet grill on your lowest setting or smoke setting if you have one. Cook the meatballs until they are about 140F IT, and then coat them with your choice of BBQ sauce. I chose to leave half of them naked. Once they reach 165F IT then they are ready to go!
