I honor and celebrate mothers everywhere. I also grieve the absence of my own, as she ascended 20 years ago on June 22. It was a service of mixed emotions that morning. Later that day I saw a rainbow in the sky. It’s as if God was there watching and comforting me, and reminding me that she is here with me.. in spirit. A divine moment, indeed. For that I’m so grateful.
