Foi o desafio ACDL Lamelas - Um objetivo - Um dia diferente - 239 quilômetros e 3600 D+ de acumulado eram os números do dia - Por minha conta, eu, a bicicleta, os trilhos e o GPS para me indicar o caminho - Autonomia Total - Posso dizer que foi um dia transformador, uma prova contra mim mesmo onde acima de tudo existia a vontade de autossuperação e mindset bem definidos. Mas não estava nem a imaginar as sensações que estes trilhos me iriam transmitir durante todo este dia - Ainda bem que fui!

It was the ACDL Lamelas challenge - A goal - A different day - 239 kilometers and 3600 D+ of accumulated were the numbers of the day - On my own, me, the bike, the trails and the GPS to show me the way - Total autonomy - I can say that it was a transformative day, a test against myself where above all there was the desire for self-improvement and a well-defined mindset. But I had no idea of ​​the sensations that these trails would give me throughout this day - I'm glad I went!
