A song about a cultural man, who respects his spiritual dreams. This could affect either a man or woman, who love culture and following their traditional ways, but find that their partners are unsupportive and are only interested in modern life.
The man has had a dream about a woman who left him, and is telling the dream to his spirits in a prayer....
'She walks around talking about me; she doesn't like me to wear spiritual fabrics, but I love to wear spiritual fabrics and play Mbira music. She only values office jobs and modern culture and bows down to men who are educated with office jobs. But I don't like office jobs, I like spiritual healing. I love spirits more than education. She says that I am a n'anga, but I am a spiritual healer. My office is my Nhumba (spiritual room), I am already educated in herbs, healing prayers, researching culture - spiritual education. My Nhumba is my office. If she likes it or not, thats who I am.
May they be blessed, the women and their children who can support their husband in their spiritual life. Even if there is hardship, may the Lord bless them.
I don't need to be rich, I want to live my cultural, spiritual life.
This message is mostly dedicated to cultural people, whether man or woman, who work for the Lord and spend their energy working for the spiritual life. They don't go through modern education so much or put their energy into becoming rich, but they have a huge amount of knowledge and experience - spiritual education. These people should be valued for what they achieve and have to offer.
