This video sums the first stage of the Duo-Glide 2020 upgrade process... Including a brand new frame / swing arm model and the new full detail Wagner Lockheed braking system, One of the major parts to deal with was the front brake back plate or cover if you will, This part is tricky and the revers engineering was tedious and spread over almost 3 weeks of 16 hours daily shifts... as i am saying many times your love to Harley-Davidson is put to the test when you deal with parts like this, the new oil tank with its special support bracket are already finished and will reflect soon on my future videos, the Hydra-Glide fork was built in 2015 but needed a final touch which was to finalize the location of the drum ear which was really dead on and to finalize the front axle with the finished drum sleeve... now for the first time and after almost 10 years since my first 3d model of the 58 model everything is perfect in terms of authentic shapes, dimensions and parts numbers / hallmarks...
