Sharma discusses CANY’s 2022 report after their visit to Marcy Correctional Facility, which described “pervasive allegations of racial discrimination” and mistreatment by staff. He’s calling for more oversight, additional investigatory bodies for State Correctional Facilities, and implementing more cameras.
