Blue Plate Research features its latest event speaker, Dr. Michael Levin, the co-director of the USU Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Research Group and a Professor in the Combined Clinical/Counseling Psychology Ph.D. program at Utah State University.
Dr. Levin and the ACT Research Group have produced several digital self-help therapy guides to improve mental health. Additionally, Dr. Levin and his colleagues are among the top ACT researchers in the world. Although Dr. Levins' work has mostly focused on college mental health, he speaks to several audiences that have been directly aided by the many digital ACT guides he and the team have developed. We're honored to have him speak on the substantial contributions he and his fellow researchers have been able to accomplish in the field of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
