Rough River Lake Update! 👇
Due to high water levels, we’ve temporarily set up a generator at the dam’s control tower to help pump out excess water. If you see water flowing from the tower—don’t worry! This is a planned and controlled maintenance operation starting today, April 7, and could last for several days.
➡️ We want to emphasize that there are NO immediate safety concerns at Rough River Dam. The dam is functioning as designed, and there is no imminent threat of failure.
Our team is actively monitoring conditions and will keep you updated as we manage this high-water event.
🚨As a reminder and for your safety, please stay clear of restricted areas and follow all posted signs and barricades!
