We're staying at the Thousand Trails PA Dutch Country located in Manheim, Pennsylvania. Lou is fascinated by covered bridges so our friends Kathy & Joe took us to see three in the area after making us some delicious breakfast. It was our first time having scrapple, and Joe's blueberry pancakes are hands down the best you'll ever have.
