Pasta Maker Attachment From Antree | Half the Cost of Kitchenaid!

Dad reviews the Antree Pasta Maker Attachment for the Kitchenaid Mixers and uses his Mom's recipe for homemade pasta dough to test it out!

The nice folks at Antree sent Dad one of their 3 in one Pasta maker attachments for his Kitchenaid to unbox, review and test out.

For the test Dad uses his Mom's Homemade pasta dough recipe which is below.

Mom's Homemade Pasta Dough Recipe:
2 and 1/4 cups of All-Purpose Flour
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Water

Instructions:
Make a "well with the Flour on a LARGE surface.
Crack the eggs inside the well
Sprinkle the salt and add the olive oil in with the eggs
Using a fork mix all the ingredients together
Use a dough cutter or large spatula to start mixing the wet ingredients with the flour.
Once the ingredients are all mixed begin working the dough with your hand to form a ball. If the dough is too sticky add flour 1 Tsp at a time until it is no longer sticky and it forms a nice ball.
Kneed the dough roughly 20 times
Wrap in plastic wrap and then refrigerate for 30 minutes before rolling
