Mumford & Sons play an early version of I Will Wait live at the Brighton Corn Exchange on 12 March 2010.
Although Marcus states at the start of this video, "This song doesnt have a name yet", it had, in fact, already been recorded, and was available on download and as the b-side of the 7" vinyl version of The Cave (as 'Untitled'). In later live performances it was usually referred to as 'Nothing Is Written'.
Having finally settled upon 'I Will Wait' as the title, the final reworking of this song is now (as of September 2012) available on the long-awaited second Mumford & Sons album, 'Babel'.
Quick update (Sept 2012): UK viewers might like to know that Mumford & Sons will be appearing on Later Live (BBC2) on Tuesday 2 October, and on the extended Later... with Jools Holland on Friday 5 October. Also appearing will be Lisa Marie Presley, Bobby Womack and ELO legend Jeff Lynne!
