This delicious goat platter recipe is perfect as a week night dinner or for entertaining in just one pot. After all the prepping is done , that is marinating the goat, peeling and cutting the potatoes, onions and the peppers . The dish comes together in one pot and is served family style in a platter, hence the name.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR THE RECIPE
2.5 Lbs Goat meat, cut big pieces
1 Tsp Cumin powder
1 Tsp Coriander powder
1 Tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp Chili powder
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tbs Garlic, minced
1 Tbs Ginger, minced
1 Lemon, juiced
2 Tbs Vegetable oil, plus extra for marinade
1 Red onion, sliced thick
4 Russet ? Idaho potatoes, peeled and diced big
1/2 Red bell pepper, sliced thick
1/2 Yellow bell Pepper, sliced thick
1/2 Green bell pepper, sliced thick
1 Small red onion, peeled , cut in quarters and petal pulled.
1 Tsp Tomato paste
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Cilantro ( coriander leaves) , chopped for cooking and garnish.
Salt and pepper to taste
