I recently installed the Somogear Peq-15 onto my Carbine and while I'm still early in the process, I must say I'm super impressed so far. It is powerful, bright, clean, and so far holding zero after a few hundred rounds.
This video was shot on a very dark, moonless night with overcast cloud cover. It was recorded through a pair of DTNVG's with the Brown Bear NVG Recorder.
While the Somogear Peq-15 is very bright and powerful, the Brown Bear does make it look even more bright than it is in person. But I can say that on a dark night, the low power is plenty for 100 yards, and maybe even more.
This is mounted on an 11.3 inch SBR with a Sandman K suppressor.
