'Evil' Stepmom Battles Judge in Horrific Kidnapping Case

Connecticut woman Kimberly Sullivan is accused of holding her then 12-year-old stepson captive for 20 years. Now, the “evil" stepmom has appealed a court order requiring her to wear a GPS monitor while out on bail.
