I got this rig (Intel Xeon E5 2680v4, Rebrand Kllisre X99 Chinese Motherboard with C602 Chipset, and RDIMM 4X8 32GB DDR4 2666) for just 50 bucks, u can also easily get this from AliExpress for the price isnt far enough from what i got. For those whos wondering why PC like this is cheap, here is the words that could answer your question:
...
1. "Why cheap? if cheap and performs like 9600x then everyone is buying lol!"
Xeon processor end up in China with massive stock, so China think they should do "something" to sold this "garbage", and yeah they succesfuly created/moved ""original" chipset from server motherboard (Asus/Gigabyte/MSI X99) and printed the board that sized mATX or something then moved the chipset. So why china printed the board that sized mATX? because the original server motherboard is sized like a truck, it cant be placed to the most people case.
Chinese Motherboard brands like Kllisre, Machinist, Jinghua or whatever are same, they moved the chipset, created the board and modified their own BIOS to work with no hassle.

2. "Should i use RDIMM or UDIMM?"
Before answered this question let me inform this, anyway, RDIMM memory is price like nothing, i bought 8GB for just like 3bucks, because RDIMM cant work in normal PC like UDIMM do, RDIMM memory should working together with server or workstation CPU, like Xeon, Intel Extreme or AMD Threadripper, so the demand of this memory is relatively low and China got massive stock!
And to answer that question, the answer is yes, you can use UDIMM memory but remember that UDIMM and RDIMM cant work together, you should choose between RDIMM or UDIMM, but i personally prefer RDIMM because its massively more cheaper because of 0 demand in market.

3. "How was the power consumption? i dont want Tesla in my room"
This CPUs TDP are 120w, i dont exactly know that TDP means, but i have wattmeter that should answer this, anyway this PC eat 180watt while CPUZ/Cinebench bench (GPU idle, CPU Full load), and 300watt when GPU full load 180w and CPU is midly load. Hope this helps.

4. "Come on, be honest, give me the honest answer about the cons about this rig!"
The cons of this PC is the singlecore performance is relatively bad compared to newer gen CPU in 2025 (fyi, i3 13100f CPUZ singlescore performance score is 665), so with this rig you cant play games with high FPS like 240 or even 120 (120 is doable but i doubt it would be stable in 20).
So if you planned to buy PC like this, make sure you targeting play games in 60fps only with maxed setting as possible, for example, you can scalling the games 2 times (1080p monitor then the render should be 2160p) you got extra details with this setting, or simply turn on the ray tracing.
5. "what if i have the mid or low 5000 Nvidia GPU that run only x8 like 5060Ti, 5060 and 5050, does the PCIe lane bottleneck make any problem in terms of gaming?"
No, i use 5060Ti 16GB which is in this rig only run 3.0 x8 (or just quarter bandhwidth compared to 5.0 x8) im not noticing any problem at all, just like SSD imho, 500MBps SSD is nothing diferences compared to PCIE 5th gen SSD, if you just buy the 5th gen SSD for gaming.
