This video demonstrates how I disabled the daytime running lights, allowed the fog lights to turn on when the headlights were off, and when the brights are on. This was done on a 2005 Subaru Baja Sport but should be similar for most Subarus such as the 200-2004 outback and legacy. Test with a multimeter to confirm voltage patters before making changes. I am not responsible for your own personal mistakes.
