Today’s delicious recipe is classic double cheeseburger. It is super easy and you can finish this amazing burger in 10 mins. As a hamburger lover, I love all kinds of burger. Among so many burger recipes, the classic double cheeseburger is always on the top of my burger list. The sauce I am using in this burger recipe is Mayo and Dijon mustard. You can also use Mayo & ketchup or Mayo & Sriracha which give different buy wonderful flavor too. You can also add other ingredients as you want, like sunny-side-up egg, avocado, potato chips and etc and I will definitely do that in the cheeseburger V2.0. Please try and hope you like it!

✎ Ingredients for 1 person
Ground beef 300g
Lettuce, onion, tomato, pickle
American cheese 2 slices
Sauce: mayo & Dijon mustard 3:1
✎ Instructions
1. Prepare lettuce, onion, tomato and pickle
2. Spread melted butter on the buns
3. Divide ground beef into 2 portions and form to patties. No need to press to hard, smooth out any cracks with finger
4. Use a spoon to press middle part since it will inflate a little while heat it up
5. Season with salt & pepper on both side of the patties
6. Mix mayo and Dijon mustard as 3:1 ratio. Mayo & Ketchup or Mayo & Sriracha is also delicious option
7. Cook the buns to golden brown with medium low heat
8. Turn to medium heat and heat up the pan about 1 min, then add olive oil
9. Place the meat in and cook until the edge is brown and crisp about 2 and half mins
10. Flip the burgers and place an American cheese on top (you can add a little butter before cheese). Continue cook for 1 ~ 1.5 mins based on your preference
11. Assemble the burger and it is done. Enjoy~
✎ 材料 [1人份]
牛绞肉 300g
生菜,番茄,洋葱,酸黄瓜
芝士 2片
汉堡面包1个
酱汁: 美乃滋和第戎芥末酱 3:1
✎ 做法
1. 准备生菜番茄洋葱和酸黄瓜
2. 在面包上面均匀涂抹上软化的黄油
3. 牛绞肉分成2份,捏成肉饼。捏的时候不需要太用力,保证没有大块裂痕就可以了
4. 用勺子把中间部分压扁一些,煎的时候中间会略微膨胀
5. 用海盐和黑胡椒双面调味
6. 以3:1的比例混合美乃滋和第戎芥末酱. 也可以考虑用美乃滋和番茄酱或者美乃滋和拉差辣椒酱,都很美味
7. 用中小火将面包煎到金黄
8. 转到中火热锅一分钟左右后,加入橄榄油
9. 放入汉堡肉稍微压平,大约煎2分半直到边缘变棕色
10. 翻面后各放上一片芝士(放芝士之前还可以加一点黄油增加风味). 根据个人喜好继续煎1~1分半种
11. 将所有食材组合起来,经典双层芝士汉堡就完成啦
