Nigerian Fried Rice that Won't go Bad Quickly

Nigerian Fried rice Recipe:

For boiling the Chicken

1kg chicken leg quarters
medium sized chopped onions
2 teaspoons thyme or oregano
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chicken seasoning or stock powder
1 teaspoon salt
water

+For the liver(if using):
200grams beef liver
1 teaspoon stock powder
half teaspoon oregano or thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
water

For the Shrimps:(I already marinated the shrimps in the video)
200grams Deveined shrimps
1/4 teaspoon chicken seasoning
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika

For boiling the rice:
3 cups Basmati rice
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups chicken stock
half cup green bell pepper juice (from half bell pepper)
1 cup water
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon chicken seasoning or stock powder
half teaspoon salt

The Veggies I used for this Nigerian fried rice:
3 medium carrot
1 cup sweet corn
1/2 cup peas
1 large green bell pepper
1 bunch spring onions
A small sized red onions

I seasoned the Veggies while frying with:
1 tablespoon grated ginger or powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon stock cubes or chicken seasoning
