If you had one day in Union Market, what would you do first—food, vintage shopping, or La Cosecha? 👀
Union Market is one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in Washington, DC—and it’s so much more than just a food hall. In this video, we show you exactly what to do in Union Market DC from morning to night, including shopping, cultural markets, food, seasonal events, and even a hidden speakeasy.
As an Ethiopian–Italian couple, we’re always drawn to places where cultures mix—and Union Market delivered at every stop. We started the day with breakfast at Yellow, explored the main market shops, went vintage shopping at Vintage Vintage Vintage, browsed beautiful home and lifestyle goods at Salt & Sundry, and wandered through the Latin marketplace at La Cosecha. We stopped for Mexican lunch at Apapacho, experienced the magical Snowglow event, and then ended the night with dinner at Karavan followed by a hidden speakeasy experience at La Shukran.
