This is Blits at Tikibad in The Netherlands. It is one of the fastest and most extreme slides in the country. It starts off with a tight helix to the right and after that it becomes steeper and makes a big ¾ helix before hitting the run-out. Despite being fairly old, it's still a very smooth ride. Great ride.
