Miniature Jack-in-the-Box Halloween Tutorial (actually works!) | Dolls | How to Make

This 1:24 scale miniature Creepy Clown Jack-in-the-Box actually works! This is the first video out of 3 that I will be making for Halloween 2016. I didn't realize how awesome this was going to be! Ya'll. I cried when it worked. It was amazing.

Anyway, this is obviously referencing all of the crazy, creepy clown activity that has been happening all over the United States for awhile now. It's unfortunately coinciding well with Halloween, so I couldn't help myself.

Most miniature artists create their products in 1:12 scale. I create mine in 1:24 scale; twice as small! My main goal is to keep the detail in such tiny objects that if you were to look at it in a scene, you can’t tell it’s a miniature.

My favorite medium is wood, specifically Birch wood.
