Friends in this video let's make a testing jig to test different types of opamp ICs including Single Dual and Quad opamps.
This circuit works using a 9V battery. The single supply of the battery is split into dual supply using a TL072 opamp. The rest of the circuit works using this dual supply.
For testing the ICs just plug it in the dedicated sockets and turn ON the push switch. If the LEDs flash, then it is a good working opamp IC. If the LED remains fully ON or fully OFF that will be a faulty IC.
Examples of single opamp ICs are LM741, TL071, TL081 etc. Dual opamps are TL072, TL082, NE5532, JRC4558, LM358 etc. Quad opamps are LM324, TL074, TL084 etc.
LM339 cannot be tested because it has a different pin configuration.
