用鬆餅粉做發糕只要加一點米製粉
就可以做出口感Q彈又鬆軟的發糕哦!
今年嘗試了三色發糕,成品超可愛的啦!
抹茶,紫薯和甜菜根,一糕3享受
材料:
鬆餅粉 100g
糯米粉 20g(或粘米粉,米製口感略低一點)
砂糖 30g~40g
植物油(橄欖油不宜)1大匙
牛奶 150g
三色 麵糊分3等份,一份約100g
各加 抹茶粉 2g,紫薯粉 5g,甜菜根粉3g
⚠️克數只供參考,可以依喜好調整重量增減顏色的深淺!
Material:
Muffin Flour 100g
20g glutinous rice flour (or sticky rice flour, the taste of rice is slightly lower)
Sugar 30g~40g
1 tbsp vegetable oil (not olive oil)
Milk 150g
Three-color batter is divided into 3 equal parts, one part is about 100g
Add 2g matcha powder, 5g purple potato powder, 3g beetroot powder each
⚠️The number of grams is for reference only, you can adjust the weight, increase or decrease the depth of the color according to your preference
