In this video my brother and I build an axe throwing target to National Axe Throwing Federation (NATF) specifications. Our dad is turning 60 years old and we wanted to surprise him. Instead of buying him more stuff we thought we could focus on an experience, create some friendly family competition and build him an axe throwing target. We used untreated spruce and the material list is below.
We even bought NATF certified hatchets to give him the full experience.

2x6x8 - Qty 2
2x4x8 - Qty 6
2 1/2 or 3 inch heavy duty deck screws
Black, red, blue and green paint
