Here's a rather scarce player hardly ever found today. This is a Westinghouse Model #42AC1 licensed by RCA & made in the mid 50's. This model features a single tube (25L6) amplifier w/volume & tone controls feeding a 4" speaker. The cartridge has been changed out to a low riding ceramic stereo cartridge bridged for mono & will accommodate 15 records on the spindle! It's been 100% rebuilt & ready to enjoy or add to your collection. A really nice feature is the fact this player is "connectorized" allowing for easy dismantling & repair - something that's rarely seen...especially in a low end model. This player has an amazing amount of volume & tone considering the simple amp. The "suitcase" is in very good condx albeit with the normal "battle scars" associated with this type vintage player.
