I recently had a chance to pick up two G0704 mills from Grizzly. One for myself and one for my friend Barry. We used muscle to set his mill up. But when it came time for me to unbox my mil I wanted to try and do it by myself, safely. So I used an inexpensive chain hoist ($30) and 1-ton lifting strap ($7) from Harbor Freight.
It was easy, and more importantly, it was safe!
