Firstly, we intended to demonstrate that every individual shares at least one identity with the rest of mankind: we all have 23 pairs of chromosomes.
And secondly, we aimed to determine human diversity with current opinions of individuals in society on the topics genetic engineering and genome sequencing.
Everyone distinguishes themselves through individual genomes. With this knowledge we made a movie with the intention to enlighten people on the subject of genome sequencing and to dispel fears arising in this unfamiliar area.
For us, genome sequencing means to take a step into the future with something that connects every individual and to thereby establish new medical perspectives.
