This is Domain/OS SR10.4 being installed under MAME on a virtual Apollo DN3500. The specific 'personality' being installed is AEGIS. Domain/OS also had SVR3 and BSD 4.3 personality types. They were essentially added later to allow a wider range of 'UNIX' software to run on the workstations. Although AEGIS looks quite UNIX-like it's very different in many ways.
Domain/OS ran on a series of workstations from Apollo. They were primarily Motorola 680x0 based but later models were based on a proprietary RISC architecture called Prism. The ISA often labelled as a88k (not to be confused with m88k). Apollo were bought out by HP in 1989.
One of the fundamental selling points of Apollo Workstations was their highly distributed nature with an OS which was designed from the ground-up to work across a network.
