സിനിമകൾക്ക് നേരെയുള്ള ബോധപൂർവ്വമായ സൈബർ ആക്രമണങ്ങൾ സാമൂഹ്യ വിരുദ്ധ പ്രവർത്തനമാണെന്ന് നടൻ പ്രേംകുമാർ. മനോരമ ഹോർട്ടൂസിൽ സംസാരിക്കവെയാണ് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ പ്രതികരണം. ഒരുപാട് പേരുടെ അധ്വാനത്തെ നിസ്സാരവൽക്കരിക്കുന്നത് ശരിയല്ലെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. ചലച്ചിത്ര അക്കാദമി ചെയർമാൻ സ്ഥാനം റസൂൽ പൂക്കുട്ടി ഏറ്റെടുക്കുന്ന ചടങ്ങിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാതിരുന്നത് ഔദ്യോഗികമായി അറിയിപ്പ് ലഭിക്കാത്തതുകൊണ്ടാണെന്നും ബഹിഷ്കരിച്ചതല്ലെന്നും പ്രേംകുമാർ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തി. സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യയുടെ വളർച്ച സിനിമയെ മാറ്റിമറിച്ചെന്നും ഇന്ന് ആർട്ടിഫിഷ്യൽ ഇൻ്റലിജൻസിൻ്റെ കാലത്താണ് സിനിമ എത്തിനിൽക്കുന്നതെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേർത്തു. ഡിസംബറിൽ നടക്കുന്ന മുപ്പതാമത് ഐഎഫ്എഫ്കെയെ പ്രതീക്ഷയോടെയാണ് കാണുന്നതെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.
