Honestly isn't that RNG most of the things just are think
Tips:
Follow my path to 1-3 after this just try to trick the eye man to got the files in the middle of the map
Wait a bit before each file if you don't wait the eye man become insanely fast
if the impostor is going to trap you, you will stop walking and do his work if he grabs you meanwhile you are walking your resistence won't go up this can applie with the files too
there are 2 gumsbar and 2 chicken piece to the ending you need 1 gumbar and 1 chicken at least (i almost die because i didn't have the chicken)
If you open a door the eye will go to the door a big part of the times so use it to trick him
