Deciding on which coffee roaster to buy in the beginning is one of those daunting tasks that you pour over for hours. Roasters are not cheap by any means especially if you want a quality machine. I have roasted on and seen quite a few home roasters and, although unique in their own way, the old saying still holds true. "You will get what you pay for."
