This morning, I went for a walk. I didn’t try to perform, didn’t try to build anything—just listened to the birds.
And you know what?
Those birds will sing whether I’m there or not.
They don’t care about me.
They’re not part of my platform, my content, or my life.
They just sing.
That moment reminded me: so much of the world will continue, even when we’re gone.
And that’s not sad—it’s beautiful.
It’s a reminder that all the pressure to always be “on,” to perform, to get ahead, to impress—it’s not the whole story.
So I’m telling you this:
Go listen to the birds.
Let yourself stop performing for a moment.
Stop ticking up the charts in your mind.
Let go of the lie that you have to matter all the time.
Because you already do.
Because this world keeps going, and that’s what makes your time here so meaningful.
