Join me on a 3-day camping and wildlife photography adventure in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula! Our main goal is tracking down the elusive Spruce Grouse, but along the way we encounter Sanderlings, migrating songbirds, and plenty of other incredible wildlife.
Armed with the Nikon Z9 and the legendary Nikon 500mm f/4 G VR lens, I set out to capture stunning bird photography in one of the most beautiful regions of Michigan. From quiet forest trails to windswept Lake Superior shores, this trip is all about the thrill of the chase and the joy of birding.
