‼️I got carried away in the video thinking it was chicken when it was lamb my bad! (kept thinking about my creamy chicken pasta😆
I’m surprised myself i’ve never made a mince pasta before, they always taste so good! When i’ve made it before i have added in tuna and also mushrooms aswell i really like how they taste in the dish.
Also for more of a kick you can definitely add in some chilli flakes too! (i actually forgot to add some in) This recipe serves around 4/5 portions.
Here’s what you’ll need:
2 tbsp olive oil
1½ red onion
1 tbsp fresh garlic
650g lamb mince
Seasoning for mince:
1½ tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp parsley
½ tbsp cajun
2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp tomato purée
1 tomato tin (400g)
150ml double cream
250g pasta
1 handful cheddar cheese
