Low-Rarity Only Vs. Nightmare Birdcage

You think "Low Rarity" means 4 stars? 3 stars have dreams too!

The Birdcage Witch, Roberta, the Stagecraft Witch, Walpurgisnacht, the Needle Witch, Latria, and the Anonymous AI are the big four among bosses in Magia Exedra, each having a fearsome reputation. After defeating the Nightmare Commoner's Horse easily, I waltzed into the Birdcage boss with confidence, undeterred by the terrified whispers I had heard from those who faced her firsthand.
Everyone was dead within three turns. If Oktavia is the early-game wakeup call, Roberta is the endgame one. However, after eliminating the Nightmare AI with low rarity characters, putting Roberta in her place was the next logical step.

Like the last video, I've separated out the team and strategy explanation into a pinned comment, since it wouldn't fit in the description's character limit.

Compared to AI, this fight was way easier. Yes, the boss has a lower power level, so that might have something to do with it, but we're still well below it, so we're not exactly well-equipped either way. We could have shed more power if Asuka's special attack level was lower, as we didn't need level ten to finish the job. In real life time, it was also a lot faster because I had already built almost everyone on the team, whereas I had to build most of the AI team (including supports) from scratch. Despite common player complaints about burn RNG, I found I was able to work around the burns pretty consistently, regardless of who got hit (though it was occasionally inconvenient if everyone got burned at certain times). The one piece of RNG that could not be fully eliminated was the targeting on the random hits attack. If too many of the hits targeted the same character, they could be sniped dead instantly from full health + barrier. This did actually happen during a few of my practice runs, usually right before break, too.

Unlike the AI team, I think this setup could actually serve as a practical guide for beating Nightmare Roberta. If you have limited resources to invest, and want to use 5-stars, you can most directly replace party members with Kokoro - Kirika, Yuma - Kaede, Asuka - Homura, Meiyui - Rena.

The Sonic music is an unusual case, as it is essentially "Death Egg's Hangar (Hurry Up)" in context (it plays during the bonus round against Robotnik as the self-destruct sequence counts down in real time). However, the latter theme doesn't actually play in-game (despite what some of the comments seem to think). I wanted a theme with urgency for the break window, as you are basically guaranteed to die from the accumulated attack buffs if Roberta escapes the break. The Metroid escape theme has urgency, but isn't fighting music, so the Sonic theme was a perfect fit. Only fifteen seconds of it play in-game (as that is the time limit for the final round), so it was interesting to finally hear the rest of the theme after all these years.
