Biograd na Moru, often called simply Biograd, is a small but vibrant coastal town in northern Dalmatia, Croatia. It lies between Zadar and Šibenik, right on the Adriatic coast, and is surrounded by beautiful islands and national parks. The name means “the white town by the sea,” and when you walk through its streets and along its beaches, you quickly understand why this place has been loved for centuries.
Biograd is famous for its long tradition as a seaside resort. Already in the 1920s, it was one of the first towns in Croatia to welcome tourists, and today it is still known as a friendly, family-oriented holiday destination.
